Q01 · How fast can a truck actually reach me?

Inside Plano, median dispatch is 23 minutes around the clock. For Frisco, Allen, McKinney and Richardson, plan on 30 to 45 minutes depending on the line that night. We do not promise what we cannot honor.

Q02 · What do you charge for a 2 a.m. visit?

Truck roll and diagnosis are quoted before the work starts. Overnight and weekend dispatch carries a 45% surcharge on top of the daytime rate, and that figure is written on the same line as the base. No mystery additions on the invoice.

Q03 · Can you handle the homeowner insurance side of a burst pipe?

Yes. We photograph everything we touch, time-stamped, and write the scope in the format adjusters expect. You forward the photos and our invoice to the carrier and we will speak to the adjuster directly if needed.

Q04 · Do you guarantee the work?

Every repair carries a written 1-year workmanship warranty. Re-pipes and water heater swaps carry a 5-year warranty plus the manufacturer materials warranty. If a joint we made fails, we are back out at no cost.
